Directions from the Tunnels

Birkenhead Tunnel

• Take the inside lane and exit at the Dock Exit
• Turn left onto Chapel Street - A5046
• Turn left onto Bixteth Street
• The Cotton Exchange is on the left

M53 / Wallasey Tunnel

• Continue forward from the M53 (signposted Liverpool - Wallasey Tunnel)
• Bear left onto Kingsway
• Continue forward through Wallasey (Kingsway) Tunnel - Toll (signposted City Centre)
• Keep right (signposted Warrington, Manchester M62), then merge onto Scotland Road - A59
• Keep in right hand lanes then at traffic signals turn right onto the A5053 (signposted Widnes, Liverpool Airport, City Centre N and S)
• Continue forward through two sets of traffic signals
• At traffic signals bear left onto the A5052 (signposted Ring Road, Widnes A561)
• Continue forward onto New Quay - A5036
• Keep in right hand lane and turn right (signposted Crowne Plaza, Pier Head Terminal)
• Keep right and foward onto Chapel Street (signposted New Quay)
• Turn left onto Bixteth Street
• The Cotton Exchange is on the left
