• From the end of the motorway - continue forward onto Bowring Park Road - A5080. Entering Liverpool
• Keep in middle lanes then at traffic signals continue forward (signposted City Centre, Birkenhead, Wallasey)
• At traffic signals continue forward onto the A5047 (signposted City Centre)
• At traffic signals turn right onto the B5340 (signposted Royal Liverpool Hospital, City Centre, Birkenhead, Wallasey)
• At traffic signals continue forward onto Erskine Street
• Bear left onto the A580 (one-way) then immediately
• Keep in left hand lanes then continue forward (signposted City Centre, Birkenhead, Wallasey)
• At traffic signals continue forward then keep in left hand lane and bear left onto the A57 (signposted Widnes A561, City Centre and Airport)
• At traffic signals turn right onto Commutation Row (signposted Pier Head)
• Cross flyover then turn right onto Exchange Street East (signposted Wallasey, Manchester)
• Turn right onto Tithebarn Street - A5046
