Diagnostic Analysis

A client was in the process of rolling out a new marketing system when suddenly and inexplicably it became unstable, crashing several times a day. Analysis of the normal factors such as time of day and system loading, etc, revealed nothing. The client and the vendor were at a loss to explain the problem, and were considering abandoning the project, at very considerable cost.

Our detailed analysis of the whole problem revealed that one particular location, and one particular action, was involved in every incident. This enabled the cause to be identified and resolved.
